  3. The 100% Clean Energy for All bill (HB 2021) will require all of Oregon's electricity to be emissions-free by 2040, guaranteeing environmental, health and economic benefits for communities across the state (one-page summary here)
  • EMO/OIPL supports SCR 17, the "Environmental Justice for Oregon" resolution introduced by NAACP Eugene-Springfield and Beyond Toxics. This resolution will commit our state to prioritizing protections for those hit first and worst by climate change, air pollution, and other forms of environmental degradation (one-page summary here)
