Ask your state representative to support House Bill 2021B, 100% Clean Energy for All! This bill will guarantee that the energy delivered by Oregon's two biggest utilities, along with smaller electricity sevice suppliers, will be 100% emissions-free by 2040. The bill also:

  • Institutes interim emissions reduction targets,
  • Invests $50 million in community-based renewable energy projects,
  • Institutes strong labor requirements for energy projects,
  • Requires tribal consultation for projects on treaty lands,
  • Bans new or expanded fossil fuel-powered plants,
